Randolph A. Celebrini is a classically trained artist from Vancouver, Canada. Applying traditional painting techniques to challenging subject matter, Celebrini has spent several years painting the rooftops and alleyways of the urban landscape from the streets of his native Vancouver as well as several other major cities in North America and abroad. His unique approach of painting from life ("en plein air") the streets, the people, the architecture and the building interiors of interesting cultural cities has gained international attention from media and collectors. He has been involved in several individual and group public showings of his artwork and his work has been collected by private and corporate organizations in Europe and North America. Celebrini currently occupies a studio-gallery in both historic Gastown in the heart of Vancouver – and majestic Tofino – on the West Coast of spectacular Vancouver Island, where he has the opportunity to paint the rugged rainforest and seascapes in the tradition of Canada’s great landscape heritage. |
